A Home Page, About Us Page and Contact Page being the primary pages. Other pages such as FAQ, Services, Our Team, Quick Quote and other basic pages can be easily added on for an additional fee, typically starting at $99 and up. This is also ideal for the one page portal sites for the companies that have multi-sites that need one place to promote them all.
Brochure site includes the following: Free consultation to review the needs of the client and development of the site. Emailed template option ideas (cost of template extra) or option to have page layout developed from scratch, this will be determined at time of consultation. Customization of template, color scheme, layout organization, flow and placement of given content and graphics by the client (photostock images are the cost of client and can be suggested during time of development). Once the main site has been uploaded and placed there will be 2 chances for revisions during the middle of the process and then final changes. Any additional changes after this will be set at an hourly rate.
Standard - CMS Database Driven Site
(Customized page added such as homepage, contact us form, about us, testimonials and more. However, pages can then be added by customer through CMS are free and unlimited for sections of the site for things like articles, blogging, featured properties and more - Installation and setup of components is extra -The price is to cover cost of time and knowledge/expertise in the installation and customization of the software and components.)

CMS Database driven sites are for sites with several pages of content with frequent updates and dynamic functionality.
Component installation - Along with installing a CMS database drivien site, we will help find the necessary components that will fit the functional needs of your online site and professional install and make sure the component fits to the rest of the look and feel of the site. Examples of such dynamic components are: blogging and ecommerce solutions or a login area for clients and many more. The site can also be set up where you are able to add your own dynamic content/pages yourself on a regular basis ( this is ideal for blogging and news status links). We will determine which plugins and or extensions fit in with the development of your site which is determined on your specific needs.

1-5 Pages $15/month - (maintenance of up to 2 hours/year - $90 Value, anything exceeding this is an additional hourly rate)
5-10 Pages $25/month - (maintenance of 4 hours/year- $180 Value, anything exceeding this is an additional hourly rate)
11 Pages & More $35/month - (maintenance of 6 hours/year - $270 Value, anything exceeding this is an additional hourly rate)
Extra Pages - You may decide that you have need for more pages, than our package price allows. If so, then this option is for you. Extra pages start from $99 per page depending on design level. There is no limit to the number of extra pages that you can purchase, and they may be added to your existing website at a later date.
Custom Forms - Start at $129. These may include order forms, or professional designed forms to allow your customers to interact with you. We also protect your email address with the use of an email form. This is filled out by your correspondent rather than using an email address. This protects you from the growing problem of spam. (This is currently only avail for our CMS Sites.)
Banner Ads - We will create any sized internet advertisement banners. With or without animation for an additional fee. Starting at $50.
Flash Animation - A very search engine friendly way to add some pizzaz to your website. Our creative team can advise and create a unique eye catching graphic, prices start at $299.
Favicon Images - We will also create a matching 16x16 Ico image to fit on your browser tab to make your site extra unique. Costing you only $29.
